This Charcoal BBQ House just opened last month. I think I had found the best Yakiniku BBQ house ever in Bukit Serdang, cause so far this is the first Yakiniku House in Bukit Serdang hahaha and i just simply fell in love.
Yakiniku (焼き肉 or 焼肉), meaning "grilled meat", is a Japanese term which, in its broadest sense, refers to grilled meat dishes.
This BBQ restaurant make me really excited. It is inside an open area there was previously a food court. (石頭美食中心) You might think that "whats the different between all these bbq shop? I am the one who bbq the meat, its all the same." Nop, you are wrong, their special yakiniku sauce is awesome and make all the food taste really good.
Lamb Shoulder, 五花肉 Pork Belly , 中咀 shoulder Loin , 金钱肉, Fresh Prawn, Beef.

Those red chillies are the special sauce which make this taufu puffs awesome and appetizing. I like to grill it until it almost burnt but it is hard to control.

Soaking the thin Pork slice inside the boiling soup for 3.5 seconds, quickly lift it up and dip into a bowl of raw egg then put inside your mouth immediately!!
When I grill it, it slowly shrink and turn yellow. You can choose to eat now or wait for it to turn black. Be your own grill master.
omg Still they are soooo juicy and a little bit salty it depends on how much salt added on it.
I just can't stop eating this succulent mushroom.
They have set dinner which include a big bowl of rice, 2 meats, veggies, green tea and fruits @ RM11.90 !! The boss, Stephen is so friendly, you should call him before you have your gathering or party there. He will arrange a package for you and you may get a special discount from him.
The thickness of the meat is good for grilling because they are sliced by machine. I grilled it just like that, and touch it with the special sauce created by stephen. YUM YUM Especially the Pork belly, the white part (fats) will turn golden, chew it, feel the heaven, absolutely sinful...  |
